Job Description:

The Electrician is responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems. When not working on electrical tasks, they will assist with general maintenance duties.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues

• Assist with general maintenance tasks (e.g., repairs, painting, landscaping)

• Collaborate with maintenance team to ensure community standards

Physical and Environmental Demands:

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds

• Work in various environments (indoor/outdoor, temperatures vary)

• Stand, kneel, and climb for extended periods

• Wear PPE (personal protective equipment) as required

• Work at heights (laws and regulations apply)

Requirements:

• 2+ years of electrical experience

• Ability to work independently and with a team
