JOB SUMMARY:

The Clinical Systems Analyst (CSA) builds, tests, implements, and supports the EHR, including release upgrades, system optimizations, and process improvement activities. This position provides support for new initiatives and maintains systems to enhance patient care, increase operational efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance. The Clinical Systems Analyst participates in work groups to identify and employ technical and application initiatives for best practices and enhanced healthcare operations in alignment with organizational objectives, works collaboratively with organizational teams, committees, and groups, and provides hands-on training as needed. WORKING CONDITIONS, HAZARDS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:

Work is performed in an office and healthcare environment utilizing computer systems and related technology. Must be able to move or position up to 25 pounds independently. Must be able to work in high-stress situations with frequent interruptions. Travel may be required to organizational locations as needed.

CONTACTS WITH OTHERS:

Frequent interaction with associates, contracted support staff, vendors, physicians, and representatives of other healthcare organizations. Communication may occur through telephone calls, meetings, email, chat platforms, virtual meetings, and other communication methods necessary to support organizational operations.

EQUIPMENT USED/SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

Knowledge of clinical information systems. Proficiency with personal computers, laptops, virtual desktops, tablets, and related hardware and software. Excellent oral and written communication skills required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree preferred in a medical, information systems, or related field.

Shift: 1st Shift
Compensation: $79,560- $94,640 based on experience
