- Prior experience in injection molding or a manufacturing setting preferred.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Ability to operate or willingness to be trained on forklifts, pallet jacks, and cranes.
- Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and reliable.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work overtime based on operational needs.
