Job Description
The Full Stack Web Developer role will design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise web applications used by employees across the United States. This is a full-time position requiring a self-motivated developer who can independently manage the complete software development lifecycle, from gathering business requirements through long-term application support.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in modern Microsoft web technologies, cloud-based application development, and secure software engineering practices. They will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into reliable, scalable, and maintainable web applications.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements from business stakeholders.
- Design and develop full-stack web applications using modern development frameworks and best practices.
- Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces and robust backend services.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and third-party systems.
- Design, implement, and optimize relational database solutions.
- Create automated tests and perform functional, integration, and regression testing.
- Deploy applications through Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production applications.
- Identify and resolve application defects and performance issues.
- Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and system architecture documentation.
- Ensure applications comply with security best practices, organizational policies, and industry standards.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements for enterprise applications.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional full-stack web development experience.

Strong experience developing applications with:
- ASP.NET
- Blazor
- Angular
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Experience using Azure DevOps for source control, work item tracking, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience developing REST APIs.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience with application testing methodologies and automated testing.

Thorough understanding of secure software development practices, including:
- Authentication and authorization
- Role-based access control
- OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities
- Secure API development
- Data protection and encryption
- Secure coding practices
- Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing production applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Python development.
- Experience developing web applications using Django.
- Experience working with Entity Framework.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
- Experience building cloud-native applications and services in Azure.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.

Additional Information
Position is full-time, non-exempt and must be able to work Monday thru Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Position will be required to be onsite.
