POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Property Inspector & Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our residential properties meet the highest standards, both inside and out by conducting thorough inspections and light maintenance across your local market. As part of the role, we will provide a company phone, equipment, and mileage reimbursement to support your work in the field.

This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, tech-savvy, and looking to grow within the real estate industry. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in learning the property management space or for licensed real estate agents and similar professionals seeking supplemental income while gaining hands-on experience in the field.

Your primary goal of this role is to identify maintenance concerns, potential hazards, code violations, and provide comprehensive inspection reports that support informed decisions around property upkeep and renovation needs. You will also be responsible for miscellaneous field tasks as needed and will serve as the company’s representative on-site, ensuring a professional presence.
