· Dispense, program, adjust, maintain, troubleshoot, and coordinate repair of hearing aids and related assistive devices as applicable.
· Identify changes in patient condition and communicate concerns to appropriate facility staff, families, or care team members as needed.
· Maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation for each patient encounter.
· Coordinate with the internal scheduling team to support efficient routing, facility visits, and patient care coverage.
· Represent ExcelHealth Group professionally when interacting with residents, families, facility staff, and care partners.
· Stay current with audiology best practices, compliance expectations, licensure requirements, and continuing education standards.
What We’re Looking For
· Doctor of Audiology degree or other state-approved audiology credential required for licensure.

· Valid malpractice coverage or ability to obtain coverage.
· Ability and willingness to travel statewide to assigned long-term care and skilled nursing facility locations.
· Experience with hearing evaluations, otoscopy, hearing aid fitting, programming, maintenance, and patient education preferred.
· Strong clinical judgment and comfort working independently in a mobile healthcare environment.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate respectfully with patients, facility staff, families, and internal team members.
· Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage documentation, scheduling expectations, equipment needs, and travel responsibilities.
· Commitment to delivering compassionate, ethical, and high-quality hearing care to long-term care residents.
