As we continue to grow, we are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions. You will play a vital role in supporting our mission and ensuring operational excellence. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Brief Summary of Duties
- Coordinate logistics for IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) projects by scheduling equipment pickups, deliveries, and transportation for customers and field representatives.
- Support the ARS Sales team by arranging transportation and logistics for customer projects.
- Create and maintain project records within EPC's project management software.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors, carriers, and contractors to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, and expenses, communicating updates and resolving issues as needed.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate with internal departments, customers, and vendors to facilitate successful project completion.
- Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Experience and/or Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and telephone skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Previous experience coordinating schedules, managing multiple priorities, and maintaining effective customer relationships
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time while performing tasks at a desk or workstation with regular use of a computer, including typing and mouse usage required
Experience and/or Education Preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics, transportation coordination, project coordination, or a related field.
- Experience working with shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight providers.
- Experience coordinating third-party vendors or contractors.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to analyze information, resolve issues, and follow projects through to completion.
- Professional communication skills with customers, vendors, and internal department.
