We are seeking a motivated and high-potential Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. The successful candidate will work directly with an experienced Controller and gain exposure to financial reporting, operational analytics, budgeting, forecasting, inventory accounting, business systems, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes

• Support preparation of financial statements and management reports

• Analyze financial results and investigate variances

• Assist with audit and tax support activities

• Support inventory accounting and reconciliation processes

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities

• Prepare financial and operational analyses

• Develop reporting and key performance indicators

• Participate in process improvement and system enhancement initiatives

• Work collaboratively with operational and management teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience

• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or active pursuit of CPA

• Experience in distribution, logistics, energy, transportation, manufacturing, or inventory-intensive industries

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

• Experience working with ERP or operational business systems

Working Conditions / Physical Demands
