Job description:
Family Beeginnings is hiring! We are seeking a well-rounded BCBA, licensed in Virginia, to join our clinical team. We are seeking an individual with 3+ years of experience in both the clinic and home based settings. The ideal candidate is a team player, enjoys getting down on the floor with our clients, is comfortable and competent with providing parent training, RBT training, and supervision to BCBA apprentices, all while having fun with our team!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage/mentor a team of RBTs
- Develop and supervise individualized ABA programs for clients in the home and community settings.
- Perform assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Provide field supervision for clients as required by the treatment plan.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of behavior technicians.
- Review all session notes and data taken by RBT's to monitor client progress and RBT proficiency.
- Provide parent training.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with the client's family and respond to guardian questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Facilitate team meetings and collaborate with parents, team members, and professionals to ensure optimal client progress and outcomes.
- Supervise BT's and BCBA candidates in accordance with BACB standards and Family Beeginnings Fellowship program guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
BACB Certified BCBA
LBA in Virginia
Master's Degree
Knowledge in ABA billing
Internet access
Reliable Transportation
