Qualifications

• Strong understanding of managed care processes, health insurance policies, and third-party billing procedures.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) management systems and medical terminology.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly via phone and in person.
• Capable of managing schedules efficiently while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Accurate typing skills with a focus on speed and precision for data entry tasks.
