What You'll Do:
- Provide high level administrative support to engineers, architects, and technicians by preparing, editing, formatting, and assembling project manuals and reports, conducting research, creating communication documents, and special projects as assigned.
- Maintain responsibility for front desk and other office tasks, i.e., answering phones and greeting customers and clients.
- Plan and coordinate group meetings and office activities, including scheduling, lunch orders, room setup, meeting materials, and cleanup.
- Provide technical writing support and proofread technical plans and specification documents.
- Assist in the compilation of technical documents and their distribution.
- Collect and maintain files and project related documentation necessary to sustain project progress.
- Work effectively as an integral member of a team of administrative professionals.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience, preferably with an Architectural / Engineering, legal or construction firm.
- Previous office management experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Must be detail-oriented and set high standards for quality.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and proven organizational abilities are required, along with the ability to assign prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines.
