Safety is where the need is most urgent, but the opportunity is much larger. Every physical space generates signals. Every organization needs to understand what is happening, determine what matters, and coordinate the right response. We believe the next generation of AI will move beyond screens and into the real world, becoming the system of intelligence that helps organizations operate and protect the spaces they are responsible for.

About The Role

Firefly is looking for our founding Growth Marketer to build our pipeline engine from scratch as we exit stealth with real customer proof behind us.

This is a high-powered top-of-funnel seat, working directly between sales and product marketing. Our industry still buys through trade show booths and cold calls, so the marketer who actually understands the internet has an enormous unfair advantage in this space.

What you'll own

• Pipeline generation across AEO/SEO, paid media, newsletter, blog, Reddit, content, and social

• A high-velocity experimentation engine: launch fast, measure hard, kill what doesn't perform, scale what does

• The signal stack: turning engagement across every channel into prioritized, high-intent accounts our SDR and sales team works daily

• Messaging and positioning tests in partnership with sales and product

You're a fit if you have

• 4+ years across core internet growth functions, with real reps in at least three of: paid, SEO/AEO, content, social, email, community

• Serious creative range: you've done things with a growth budget that made people ask how you got away with it

• Fluency with the modern growth stack and AI tools as everyday leverage

This is an in-office role based in our New York City office.

Compensation

The OTE for this full-time position is $160K – $190K, plus equity and benefits. Actual compensation will depend on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
