Position Overview
A high-energy, detail-driven Events & Creative Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and visual branding of company events, trade shows, and internal experiences. This role blends logistics and creativity. Ideal for someone who can design compelling graphics in Adobe and Canva and then roll up their sleeves to bring the event to life on-site.
This position requires adaptability, stamina, and a solutions-oriented mindset. Plans change. Deadlines move. Details matter. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment and pivot quickly without losing momentum.
Event Planning & Execution
● Plan and roll out trade shows, corporate events, customer experiences, and internal events from concept to completion.
● Design and develop creative assets for trade shows and live events.
● Manage timelines, vendor communications, contracts, shipping logistics, on-site setup, and teardown.
● Track budgets, quotes, and expenses to ensure cost control and accountability.
● Maintain brand consistency across all physical and digital event materials.
● Travel to events and provide hands-on, on-site support, including heavy lifting as required.
Creative & Graphic Design
● Design event graphics, signage, booth environments, promotional collateral, digital ads, and social media content.
● Prepare production-ready artwork for print and large-format applications.
● Uphold and evolve brand standards across all creative assets.
● Edit photography and develop motion graphics and support video content as needed.
Operational & Project Support
● Pack, ship, inventory, and maintain event materials and displays.
● Organize and manage inventory and creative assets.
● Support cross-functional teams with design and event-related initiatives.
● Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures aligned with project management systems.
● Utilize company project management tools to ensure clear communication, documentation, and task execution.
Collaboration & Strategic Support
● Partner with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward on schedule and aligned with company objectives.
● Coordinate with vendors to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
● Contribute ideas and creative concepts that support company growth and culture. (This role collaborates on execution but does not have independent purchasing or process-change authority.)
● Maintain and utilize CRM systems to support marketing and event initiatives.
● Adhere to company systems, compliance standards, and best practices across departments.
● Assist in tailoring marketing plans, managing digital and traditional channels, and analyzing market trends.
● Collaborate with web and systems development teams to support integrated campaigns and initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required; Premiere and After Effects preferred).
● Proficiency in Canva.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
● Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
● Highly adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines under pressure.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Technologically fluent with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and systems.
● Willingness to travel up to 25%.
● Availability to work extended hours during peak event seasons.
● Physically capable of lifting to 100 lbs and standing for extended periods during events.

Pay: $53,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
