Compensation: $30.00 – $36.00 per hour
Schedule: Overnight shifts, 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Openings every night except Wednesdays)

About the Case
We are currently seeking a compassionate LPN to provide dedicated overnight care for a pediatric client in Raytown. This patient requires specialized assistance with a vent, trach, and g-tube. You will be warmly welcomed into the home of a loving, hands-on family to provide crucial overnight support.
What You Will Do

• Deliver Compassionate Care: Provide high-quality, one-on-one skilled nursing care to our pediatric patient in their home.
• Clinical Execution: Safely manage vent, trach, and g-tube care, administer medications, perform treatments, and conduct ongoing clinical assessments.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Collaborate & Advocate: Communicate proactively with the patient's family and our core clinical team to ensure the highest quality of care and safety compliance.

What We Are Looking For

• Stamina & Reliability: The ability to confidently and safely manage 10-hour overnight shifts (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM).
• Licensure: A current, unencumbered LPN or RN license valid in the state of Missouri (or a Multi-State Compact license) and a negative TB test result (or clear chest X-ray) are required.
• Certifications: Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience: Previous nursing experience is required (home health, pediatric, and vent/trach/g-tube experience is a major plus!).
• Key Qualities: A warm bedside manner and excellent communication skills.
