What You'll Do
- Execute precast engineering and design assignments for civil and structural projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop structurally sound, cost-effective, and visually appealing precast concrete designs.
- Perform structural analysis and engineering calculations to evaluate performance under various loading conditions.
- Select materials and components that meet project requirements for strength, durability, and sustainability.
- Prepare accurate drawings, plans, and specifications that align with industry standards and project requirements.
- Support project cost estimating efforts for precast materials and components.
- Assist Project Managers and Designers throughout project development and support QA/QC processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
What We're Looking For
- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 0-5 years minimum transportation and/or structural engineering experience.
- EIT certification or the ability to obtain it.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in RISA 3D.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality work and solve problems using critical thinking and sound engineering judgment.
- Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and take ownership of assigned work.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Adaptability and commitment to continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Concrete design engineering coursework.
- Concrete design engineering experience.

Compensation + Benefits
Salary range: $72,000-$85,000
