Job Title: Patient Access Representative (PAR)
ABOUT FIVE RIVERS HEALTH CENTERS
Five Rivers Health Centers is an expanding Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing a medical home for low-income patients in Dayton and Xenia, Ohio. We provide quality medical, dental, vision, and behavioral healthcare to over 27,000 patients with more than 90,000 visits annually at our eight convenient locations.

Position Overview
The Patient Access Representative (PAR) must abide by various regulatory compliance rules and must always treat patients with dignity and respect. The Patient Access Representative will work directly with the patients to ensure each patient understands the financial policy, sliding fee scale, and to collect appropriate payment for services.

- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Associates Degree in the healthcare or business field preferred
- Minimum of one year of Customer service experience with data entry required
- Windows-based computer experience required
- Medical terminology knowledge preferred
- Possess excellent communication skills, customer service skills, organization skills, time management skills, patience, and have a high level of integrity and trust
