Job Summary

Assists supervisor with organization of meetings, records, and other projects as needed. The Schedule is 10 am -1 pm Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Essential Functions

• Reads and routes incoming mail. Locates and attaches appropriate files to correspondence to be answered by the employer.
• Composes and types correspondence.
• Files correspondence and other records.
• Answers telephone, makes appointments, gives information to callers or routes calls to appropriate official and places outgoing calls.
• Greets visitors.
• Prepares and records minutes of staff meetings.
• Makes copies of correspondence or other printed matter.
• Prepares outgoing mail.
• Oversees projects assigned and helps coordinate meetings and other employee events.
• Maintain prompt and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
• Exceptional oral and written skills and attentive to detail.
• Self-motivated and possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record that is insurable by the company.
• Must carry an acceptable level of vehicle insurance as required by the company.

Expected compensation for this role is between $17 - $18/hr, based on qualifications and experience.
