We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established commercial general contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering complex healthcare construction projects throughout South Florida.
This role is focused on healthcare tenant improvements, occupied renovations and medical interior fit-outs, where planning, communication and attention to detail are everything. You'll be leading projects in hospitals, medical office buildings, surgery centres and other live healthcare environments where quality is non-negotiable.

The Role
You'll take full responsibility for managing the day-to-day site operations on multiple healthcare renovation and TI projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule and to the highest standard.
Working alongside the Project Manager, you'll coordinate subcontractors, manage look-ahead schedules, maintain quality control and build strong relationships with owners, consultants and healthcare staff.
Responsibilities
- Lead field operations from mobilisation through closeout.
- Coordinate all subcontractors and daily site activities.
- Drive project schedules and maintain short-term look-ahead programmes.
- Deliver projects safely, on time and to an exceptional standard.
- Manage work within occupied healthcare environments while minimising disruption.
- Maintain quality control and oversee inspections.
- Chair subcontractor coordination meetings.
- Work closely with Project Managers, architects, engineers and healthcare stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve field issues before they impact programme.
- Maintain accurate daily reports and site documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Superintendent delivering commercial interior or healthcare projects.
- Strong experience with medical office buildings, hospitals, surgery centres, clinics or occupied healthcare renovations is highly desirable.
- Previous experience delivering tenant improvement (TI) or interior renovation projects.
- Excellent subcontractor management and scheduling skills.
- Strong understanding of quality control, safety and project sequencing.
- Ability to build relationships with owners, consultants and field teams.
- Stable employment history with a reputation for delivering projects the right way.
Experience working in occupied healthcare environments, including infection control, phasing and maintaining hospital operations during construction, would be a significant advantage.
