Position Overview: Foxborough Regional Charter School (FRCS) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Spanish Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Spanish language instruction and a commitment to fostering a multicultural learning environment. While a teaching license is preferred, it is not required for this position. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our diverse student population.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Spanish language instruction to elementary school students.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and promote language acquisition.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that celebrates cultural diversity.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Use a variety of instructional strategies and resources to enhance language learning, including technology and real-life experiences.
• Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to students and families.
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Spanish language instruction into interdisciplinary units and school-wide events.
• Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues to support student learning and success.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching practices and stay current with best practices in language education.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Spanish, Education, or a related field (teaching license preferred but not required).
• Proficiency in Spanish language instruction and cultural competency.
• Experience working with elementary school students preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Salary range: $52,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
