Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to hiring
- Post and manage job openings across multiple hiring platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting metrics
- Oversee employee onboarding and new hire paperwork
- Assist with employee records and HR documentation
- Support payroll processing (experience preferred)
- Assist with benefits administration and HR compliance
- Help coordinate company events, employee engagement, and culture initiatives
- Provide administrative support to leadership as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar hiring platforms
- Experience with payroll systems (ADP preferred) is a plus
- HR experience is a strong plus
- Administrative or executive support experience is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
