As an Entry Level Service Technician, you will shine as you multitask and manage a full customer workload. You will be responsible for the timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office product equipment and for promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with our service and products.
What you will do:
Service printer/copier products with minimum assistance
Troubleshoot basic printing issues, able to determine printer vs network issues.
Able to install scanning and equipment in a peer-to-peer environment.
Manage inventory to the company's specifications.
Maintain car, tool kit, and supplies.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers and employees.
Provide sales support, including advising sales about problems or sales leads.
Maintain professional appearances.
Maximizing equipment uptime through timely repair
Engaging the customer to assure satisfaction.
Managing time to be most effective
What we are seeking:
Mechanical and electrical aptitude and demonstrated skills.
Knowledge of basic networking
1-2 years’ related experience is preferred; if not, we will train you!
Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
High School Diploma required, or GED.
Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds. Pull, lift, reach, and transport equipment parts and boxes.
Must be at least 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license and have a reliable vehicle with a clean driving record
