Work Schedule and Location:
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all Contractor personnel assigned to the task order
- Direct, administer, and lead execution of the task order
- Assure quality of all work products across the contract
- Maintain accurate records and track all costs, providing detailed financial breakdowns by office and by individual
- Provide executive-level oversight for complex contract operations involving distributed teams and multiple projects
- Manage relationships with ManTech's senior leadership
- Ensure client executives remain apprised of program status, technical insights, and project impacts on the organization's broader strategic vision
- Plan work efforts and allocate resources across the contract
- Identify and mitigate risks
- Ensure strict adherence to quality and performance standards across all tasks
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in any field from an accredited college or university
- Ten (10) years of experience as a Contracts Program Manager
- Strong business, programmatic, and technical skills
- Experience maintaining detailed financial/cost tracking by office and individual
- Experience managing senior client/executive relationships
- Requires a Top Secret/SCI eligibility clearance.
