As a busser, you’ll play a vital role in creating an exceptional dining experience by keeping the restaurant clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times. Working closely with servers and the rest of the team, you’ll help ensure that guests enjoy a seamless visit from start to finish.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pre-bus, clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently
- Assist servers with guest needs, including filling waters and delivering food
- Polish silverware and glassware to maintain high presentation standards
- Refill ice bins and maintain stock for service
- Keep the restaurant clean, including taking out garbage and linens, cleaning spills, and sweeping floors
- Support setup and breakdown, including moving tables and performing opening/closing duties
- Assist with outdoor tasks such as raking or shoveling as directed
- Work as part of the team to maintain smooth and efficient dining operations
- A Food Runner is a professional who is responsible for quickly and accurately delivering orders from the kitchen to customers at the restaurant. They help Waiters and Waitresses maintain a clean environment for restaurant patrons throughout the dining experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High energy level with a focus on cleanliness and thoroughness
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs as needed
- Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Prior bussing or hospitality experience a plus, but not required
- Customer-service oriented and eager to contribute to guest satisfaction
- Must be very neat in appearance and dress.
- High School Diploma or GED; or working towards.
