POSITION SUMMARY
The Training & Development Lead is a hands-on role that brings Gastamo’s training tools, materials, and standards to life. This position is a great fit for a Gastamo team member who loves hospitality, has a creative eye, and is excited to grow into a new kind of responsibility. No formal training background is required — what matters most is a passion for how people learn, strong communication skills, comfort with technology, and a deep understanding of what great hospitality looks like at Gastamo.
This role splits its time between office-based content production and field work across our restaurants and new location openings. On the content side, you will build training guides, LMS modules, and other materials that help our teams perform at their best. In the field, you will support new restaurant openings and work alongside managers and team members to deliver real-time training and coaching.
