What You'll Do
- Administer, direct, and coordinate clerical and administrative activities within the clinic
- Oversee front-office workflows, scheduling, and patient registration
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure smooth communication across the clinic
- Support clinical staff and providers to keep daily operations efficient
- Serve as a resource for resolving operational issues and upholding regulatory standards
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of college preferred
- Coursework in medical terminology and healthcare office management preferred
- Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
- Willingness to complete Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) training within 1 month of hire
- One year of experience in an office or medically related environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across the care team
