Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and customize solutions using Actimize ActOne.
- Develop and customize Case Management (RCM) functionality based on business requirements.
- Design and configure workflows within ActOne.
- Perform UI customization to meet functional and business requirements.
- Develop and maintain Java-based plugins and custom components.
- Work with ActOne Designer for application configuration and customization.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval, analysis, and application requirements.
- Use JavaScript for UI customization and client-side functionality.
- Analyze technical requirements and translate them into scalable Actimize solutions.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and production support as required.
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional teams, and other technical teams to deliver solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development and quality standards.
- Support application enhancements, defect resolution, and performance improvements.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with NICE Actimize ActOne.
- Proficiency in Case Management / RCM.
- Strong understanding and experience in Workflow configuration and customization.
- Experience with UI customization in ActOne.
- Hands-on experience in Plugin Development using Java.
- Strong knowledge of Java programming.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Hands-on experience with ActOne Designer.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript.
- Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving application issues.
- Good understanding of software development life cycle and development best practices.
- Experience in financial services, banking, AML, fraud, or compliance applications.
- Knowledge of Actimize architecture and integration capabilities.
- Experience working with onshore/offshore development teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
