Direct Investments Group

What impact can you make in this role?
You will be part of a team that is one of the largest, and most established private equity investors in the world today.
What will you do as an Associate?
- Support deal evaluation through building detailed financial models, conduct in-depth research on industries and markets, conduct financial and commercial due diligence and synthesizing results.
- Prepare investment presentations, memos and proposals, and presenting key findings to investment committee.
- Support GIC representatives at investee company board meetings and interacting with company management / investors on a regular basis.
- Contribute as a generalist, with specialization within 2-3 industries
What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?
- Strong academic qualifications.
- At least 2 years of work experience in a top-tier investment bank or PE fund.
- Excellent financial analysis and modeling skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in deal teams.

Compensation
Our compensation philosophy reflects several principles. We strive to provide a competitive compensation package to attract and retain talent globally. We pay for performance, and reward sustainable results. Total pay for this position comprises base pay and bonus. The anticipated base salary range for this role is between $135,000 and $175,100. Bonuses, which may form a meaningful proportion of the total pay package, are determined based on company and individual performance.
