ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the overall lead, manager and administrator for the contracted effort.
- Serve as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues.
- Oversee contractor execution of the task order requirements.
- Manage acquisition and employment of program/project resources.
- Collect, analyze, and report on key performance and program/project metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and briefs for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with government and contractor teams to ensure consistent program/project delivery and documentation quality.
- Provide direct supervision to program support staff.
- Oversee daily workflow, task allocation, and workload balancing across the team.
- Ensure team compliance with federal regulations and company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

- Understanding of Defense Industry and Government contracting.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Knowledge of risk mitigation strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- BA/BS degree
- 10 years of experience in operations management.
- Current active Secret Clearance
