Our E-Commerce Team in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Full Time E-Commerce Warehouse Associate!
Salary: $17.13 Per Hour
Position Summary: The E-Commerce Warehouse Associate is responsible for the daily handling of New Goods product.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The E-Commerce Warehouse Associate responsibilities include the following and other duties as assigned:
- Pulling all merchandise sold from previous day from shipping pick list
- Packing and Shipping books. Items are to be weighed, wrapped and/or boxed as needed for safe transport for the customer.
- Packing and Shipping items sold on ShopGoodwill and Ebay. Items are to be weighed, wrapped and/or boxed as needed for safe transport for the customer.
- Clean, straighten and organize listed-merchandise shelves.
Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:
- 6 months – 1 year of warehouse/inventory experience preferred
- Positive attitude and a willingness to help get the job done
- Collaborative approach, asking questions for clarification as needed
- Exceptional analytical, judgment, decision-making and communications skills
- Superior coaching, leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build understanding

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
