Automotive F&I Manager – Orr INFINITI
Gregg Orr Auto is looking for an experienced Automotive F&I Manager to join our Orr INFINITI team in Shreveport.
This is a fast-paced, high-income opportunity for someone with proven dealership F&I experience who understands that the F&I Manager is the backstop for the entire sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review customer credit applications and credit history
- Submit deals to lenders and properly structure approvals
- Build strong working relationships with our lending partners
- Sell finance products, vehicle service contracts, protection products, and other F&I products
- Verify that all required documents are accurate, signed, and complete before funding
- Work closely with the sales desk to help structure and close deals
- Assist with training, coaching, and leading the sales team
- Help ensure deals move quickly from approval through funding
- Maintain compliance and accuracy throughout the entire F&I process
- Provide backup coverage for other Gregg Orr Shreveport locations when F&I managers are on vacation or scheduled off
This position provides significant additional income opportunities. Our F&I managers have the opportunity to contract a high volume of deals, including assisting other Gregg Orr locations when needed.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has prior automotive dealership F&I experience
- Understands dealership financing, lender guidelines, and deal structure
- Has strong communication and closing skills
- Is organized and detail-oriented
- Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Understands the importance of getting deals funded
