Role:
The Treasury Services Manager is responsible for the overall strategic direction, profitability, and growth of the credit union's Treasury Management and cash management program. This individual serves as the sole program administrator and subject matter expert, driving non-interest fee income and commercial deposit growth through direct business development and product lifecycle management.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
35% Business Development & Member Advisory: Executes a proactive sales and outreach program to cross-sell treasury services to high-value commercial members and prospective businesses. Collaborates closely with Commercial Lenders and branch teams to identify pipeline opportunities and design complex liquidity solutions for members.
25% Program Administration & Lifecycle Management: Oversees the design, pricing, implementation, and overall performance metrics of all treasury and commercial cash management products. Evaluates profitability models and adjusts fee structures to drive non-interest income.
15% Operational Risk, Compliance & Underwriting: Manages program risk by ensuring all electronic banking, ACH processing, remote deposit capture, and wire services strictly adhere to regulatory rules (such as NACHA and BSA) and internal credit union credit risk underwriting policies.
15% Vendor & Platform Management: Serves as the primary liaison for third-party commercial platform vendors, troubleshooting system delivery issues, evaluating platform capabilities, and coordinating technical updates.
10% Internal Support & Training: Acts as the sole subject matter expert to train internal credit union teams on commercial cash management capabilities, product features, and onboarding workflows.
Performance Measurements:
1. Uses excellent judgement in establishing and maintaining working relationships, solves problems, and produces accurate outcomes with limited supervision.
2. Effectively works both autonomously and collaboratively, manages time effectively, and prioritizes work appropriately to meet deadlines and goals.
3. Works in a goal-oriented environment to achieve goals and objectives focused on loan volume, credit quality, fee income, and referral of other Credit Union products and services.
4. Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of Treasury Management products to educate existing and prospective Business Members on the features, benefits and value propositions related to each service.
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
Education (1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
Interpersonal Skills Work involves extensive personal contact with others and is of a personal or sensitive nature. Motivating, influencing, and/or training others is key at this level. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary and often requires the ability to influence and/or sell ideas or services to others.

Physical Requirements Light or low amount of physical exertion; frequent travel by car will generally be required as transporting sales materials to events/meetings.
Work Environment The position is based in-office in our Pensacola, FL market, operates primarily in an office setting, and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and phones. This position requires consistent presence in the office to effectively collaborate with team members and fulfill job responsibilities. It requires the ability to actively participate in conference calls and meetings with other Credit Union team members and vendors. The normal expected work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30a.m. to 5:00p.m. Occasional after-hours work or travel may be required to meet project deadlines or attend training.
