What You’ll Do
As a Business Account Manager, you’ll be an essential part of our team, helping customers succeed and ensuring their experience reflects the Hallmark difference.
You will:
- Develop and manage business relationships with all companies involved in the commercial building process (owners, developers, architects, general contractors, etc.)
- Drive demand for Hallmark products (Tyvek® Weatherization System, Levanté® Aluminum Balconies, Keene™ Rainscreens)
- Educate customers on manufacturer programs, promotions, and product solutions
- Provide product demonstrations, updates, and hands-on training
- Serve as a trusted technical resource
- Present certified education courses for designers and architects
- Conduct job site product installation observations and field training
- Follow up on leads and manage active projects
- Utilize Hallmark’s structured Sales Process to plan and execute strategic sales calls
- Maintain accurate customer data in our CRM/ERP system (Epicor)
- Act as a key escalation point in resolving customer concerns
Territory: Wisconsin and Northern IL
