Responsibilities:
- Support product design and development from concept to production
- Create design proposals, mockups, and presentation materials
- Assist in developing product concepts aligned with brand direction and market trends
- Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to refine product specifications
- Prepare design files and production-ready artwork for vendors
- Review samples and provide feedback to ensure design quality and consistency
- Conduct market and trend research (consumer products, beauty, toys, etc.)
- Maintain organized design files, documents, and product information
- Support multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in product design, industrial design, or a related field
- Strong interest in consumer products, cosmetics, toys, or lifestyle goods
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- Basic understanding of product development and production processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Business-level English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Portfolio of consumer product design
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of materials, packaging, or production processes
- Interest or experience in character/IP products
