About Us
Health in Motion Physical Therapy + Wellness has been part of the Bozeman community since 1999. We take an integrative, whole-body approach to care — one-on-one sessions in a private setting, treating the root cause of pain rather than just the symptoms. Our front desk is the first thing patients experience, and it sets the tone for everything we do.
The Role
We're looking for a friendly, dependable receptionist to join our front desk team on a part-time basis. You'll work alongside our experienced front office staff and therapists and be fully trained on our reception systems and procedures.
What You'll Do
- Greet patients and manage check-in and check-out
- Answer phones, texts, and emails; schedule appointments
- Collect payments at time of service and print receipts
- Verify insurance benefits and keep patient records up to date in our scheduling software
- Upload documents, manage incoming faxes and mail
- Set up wellness equipment for patient sessions
- Light office upkeep
What We're Looking For
- Warm, professional, and comfortable juggling a busy front desk
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable learning new computer systems
- Medical office or insurance experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
- Comfortable with light physical tasks
