Qualifications

- New Graduates: $155,000 – $160,000 base salary (based on a 4.5-day work week).
- Experienced Associates: Closer to $175,000 starting base salary (based on a 4.5-day work week).
- Schedule Options: Highly flexible. Full-time is structured around 4.5 days per week with zero weekend requirements, but a 3 day/week position is fully supported if part-time is desired (salary pro-rated accordingly).
