This is a 1099 contract position.
Job Description:
- Assess students to identify eligibility and IEP needs
- Provide direct and indirect services according to student IEPs
- Supervise, mentor and support COTA
- Communicate effectively and proactively with students and families
- Complete required documentation in timely manner
- Provide staff training
- Write OT goals and progress monitoring data for students’ IEPs
- Attend IEP/MET meetings for students with OT services
Job Requirements
- Arizona Occupational Therapy License
- NBCOT certification
- Arizona fingerprint clearance card
- CPR certification
