This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

What you´ll do
- Performs, coordinates or participates in internal and external SHE assessments (i.e. PHAs, JSAs, Ergonomic Assessments, ISO, PSM) to ensure compliance with SHE Standards and regulations
- Supports site's Safety Committee, coordinate site risk assessments, and train site personnel as required in SHE policies, systems and practices.
- Assist in waste and stormwater documentation compliance. Support with Site’s Compliance Calendar ensuring programs, training, emergency drills and various activities are completed in a timely fashion
What makes you a good fit
- BA/BS degree in Industrial Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Engineering or another related field preferred
- SHE experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong chemical background is preferred
- Experience with air permitting and OSHA reports preferred
- Experience with OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) preferred
- Experience with ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001, and ISO 50001 considered a plus

The salary range for this role is $75,000.00 and $85,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
