- Establish performance metrics, service levels, and continuous improvement plans to drive quality, cost, efficiency, and operational excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, engineering capabilities, and innovation opportunities to support future business growth and manufacturing excellence.

Lead engineering functions supporting:
- Winston-Salem Manufacturing Engineering (Herbalife's flagship U.S. manufacturing facility)

- Partner closely with Manufacturing and Operations leaders to develop and implement engineering solutions that support business and production objectives.

Qualifications:
Required Experience
- 15+ years of progressive engineering and manufacturing leadership experience.
- Significant experience in GMP-regulated food, nutraceutical, dietary supplement, or similar manufacturing environments.
- Experience leading geographically dispersed engineering teams.
- Demonstrated success leading plant construction, startup, expansion, automation, upgrade, and optimization projects.
- Proven track record developing and leading high-performing teams in fast-paced, complex organizations.
- Extensive experience in process, production, equipment, and controls engineering, including troubleshooting and optimization.
Required Skills
- Deep understanding of manufacturing equipment, processes, automation, controls, and technology within GMP manufacturing environments.
- Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities with the ability to translate vision into measurable results.
- Exceptional leadership, team development, and organizational effectiveness skills.
