Sr Salesforce Business Analyst with SFMC
Role Description:
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to meet business requirements. Collaborate with marketing and Technology teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. Implement marketing campaigns using email studio, Modile studio, automation workflows, and customer journeys within SFMC. Develop custom applications and integrations using SFMC APIs, AMPScript, and SSJS, Real time triggers, HTML/CSS and leverage Automation Studio and Journey Builder for automation. Design and implement API, data integration and ETL processes to ensure accurate and timely data flow between SFMC and other systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SFMC configurations, automation, and data synchronization. Stay up to date with the latest SFMC features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve our marketing technology stack. Document development processes, configurations, and integrations for reference and training purposes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and improve marketing effectiveness.
