Role Overview
The Sr Dir of Marketing at Hiatus Spa is both a visionary brand steward and a results-driven strategist. This leader will guide the brand’s growth through inspired storytelling, precision-targeted campaigns, relentless focus on revenue performance, and successfully opening and ramping new locations.
The Sr Dir of Marketing will create and execute monthly and quarterly campaigns and promotions that captivate our audience and convert them into loyal members and med spa users, all while tracking performance daily and optimizing in real time. They will ensure that every touchpoint, whether online, in-spa, or in the community, reflects the Hiatus mission of education-first care, results-driven services, and personalized wellness all at an affordable price.
Success in this role will be measured by the ability to grow unit-level revenue, expand membership, ramp new locations, and deepen emotional connection with guests, while leading a high-performing team that embodies the brand inside and out.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve Hiatus’ brand pillars, mission, tone of voice, and values, ensuring they remain culturally relevant, emotionally resonant, and rooted in expert-led, client-first care.
- Lead creative storytelling that highlights the unique Hiatus blend of human connection, personalized care, and elevated self-care rituals.
- Oversee development of campaign concepts, visual identity, and in-studio tools that empower teams to deliver the brand consistently and confidently.
- Maintain a warm, confident, and educational brand voice across all marketing channels, from social to email to in-person conversations.
- Own the monthly and quarterly marketing calendar, designing campaigns and promotions that directly drive revenue, increase bookings, and grow memberships.
- Develop integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, aligned with seasonal trends, service launches, and key retail moments.
- Partner with operations and studio teams to ensure campaigns are brought to life seamlessly in every location.
- Track campaign performance daily using KPIs such as bookings, membership sales, service mix, and retention, and adjust quickly to maximize results.
- Ensure every campaign has clear goals, real-time optimization, and post-campaign analysis to guide future strategy.
- Lead and optimize paid media strategy across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms to acquire, convert, and retain guests efficiently.
- Continuously refine the digital booking funnel—from ad creative and targeting to UX, SEO, and booking flows—to increase conversions and reduce friction.
- Use attribution modeling, geo-level insights, and daily reporting to focus on high-performing channels and creative.
- Implement a robust testing program to continually improve campaign results and ROI.
