Position Summary: The Receptionist, you will make an impact by assisting our clients with their risk management and insurance needs each and every day.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Essential Tasks:
- Greet all visitors that come into the office
- Maintain tidiness of lobby and common areas
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Identify opportunities to engage with customers
- Enthusiastically engage in company culture and corporate goals
- Identify complex requests and triage to designated service team or carrier
- Maintain updated customer files including policy information, correspondence, and contact information
- Order office supplies as needed
