As the business shifts to a retail-focused model, we are hiring a Sales Leader to build, coach, and drive a high-performing sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can develop closers, hold a team accountable, and own the number.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of residential roofing sales reps and closers
- Own the sales number: set targets, track pipeline, and drive consistent results
- Build and refine the sales process, from lead to close, for a retail roofing model
- Recruit, onboard, and ramp new sales talent as the team scales
- Run sales meetings, ride-alongs, and one-on-ones that raise close rates
- Manage commission and performance-based compensation to reward top performers
- Partner with ownership on strategy, forecasting, and market growth
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience in roofing, home improvement, or home services
- Proven track record of building and scaling a sales team that hits aggressive targets
- Strong ability to recruit, coach, and retain high-performing salespeople
- Experience managing commission-based or performance-heavy compensation structures
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability, retail sales environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; must pass a background check
