The role:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and customization of Salesforce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes.
• Build and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components.
• Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems.
• Work on Sales Cloud / Service Cloud customizations.
• Develop and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries.
• Create and maintain validation rules, workflows, flows, and process automation.
• Perform unit testing and ensure high code coverage.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices.
• Support deployments using CI/CD tools and change sets.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

What you’ll bring:

• 3–4 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• SOQL/SOSL
• Salesforce Flows
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, sharing rules).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
