What You’ll Do
- Welcome late-night arrivals and assist guests with check-in and check-out using hotel management systems.
- Complete nightly audit procedures, reconciling daily transactions including billing, payments, and adjustments with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, and room assignments while safeguarding sensitive information.
- Answer and manage multi-line phone systems professionally, assisting guests and supporting team communication.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure a positive overnight experience.
- Monitor hotel security systems and conduct routine safety checks to maintain a secure, comfortable environment.
- Collaborate with front desk and leadership teams to prepare the hotel for a seamless transition into the next day.
What You Bring
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or night audit preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with front desk systems, reservation software, and financial reconciliation processes.
- Comfort working independently during overnight hours while managing multiple priorities.
- Professional phone etiquette and problem-solving abilities.
- A dependable, detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to safety and guest satisfaction.
