JOB SUMMARY
Salary range: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour.

Holland is seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills to join our collaborative Business Technology team at our corporate office, in vibrant downtown Vancouver, Washington. The Project Coordinator, Residential Technology is responsible for supporting the Program Manager and Business Technology team in scaling the residential technology portfolio by owning the execution layer of pilots, evaluations, training, go-live activities, and ongoing program office functions. This role supports the successful delivery of residential technology initiatives through effective coordination, communication, documentation, and execution in accordance with Holland’s Project Delivery Standards and Core Values.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Partner with the Program Manager to support project execution.
- Coordinate vendor demos, evaluations, and pilot activities, including scheduling, agenda, and preparation.
- Manage vendor follow-ups and ensure timely responses on outstanding questions, deliverables, and contract or assessment items.
- Maintain decision logs capturing key inputs, considerations, and outcomes for each evaluation and pilot.
- Manage go-live coordination activities, including cutover checklists, communications, readiness validation, post-launch follow-up, and lessons learned.
- Coordinate training schedules, materials, and readiness tracking in partnership with Learning & Development and Residential Training teams.
- Maintain backlog and roadmap hygiene, ensuring intake items, priorities, and statuses remain current and accurate.
- Prepare and distribute status reports and manage meeting cadence (agendas, notes, action items, and follow-ups) for project and steering forums.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and project documentation to support repeatability and scale.
- Maintain comprehensive tech stack documentation and system inventory, including integrations, owners, contract terms, and lifecycle status for residential, commercial, marketing, and maintenance technology.
- Support data mapping activities across platforms to ensure clean integrations, reporting, and system transitions.
- Serve as a liaison between Business Technology, Residential Operations, and external vendor partners to support project objectives and timelines.
- Document and escalate issues and risks to the Program Manager in a timely manner.
- Analyze tech training materials and partner with the appropriate teams to create or refresh.
- Support adoption efforts by ensuring stakeholders have the information, training, and resources needed at each project phase.
- Represent Holland Partner Group in a professional manner at all times.
- Perform all other duties as directed and assist the overall team effort.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education/Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent is required. A college degree or coursework in a related field is strongly preferred.
Experience: Minimum two (2) years of project coordination, program support, or administrative project experience required, preferably in property management, technology, or a related field.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication to a range of audiences (vendors, site teams, leadership).
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, SharePoint, OneNote); experience with Yardi or similar property management system preferred.
- Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to convey and translate technical information to non-technical individuals.
- Ability to build and maintain documentation, trackers, and SOPs.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and exercise sound judgment.
Attendance: This full-time position requires regular and punctual attendance compliant with the schedule set to meet company needs. Additional hours or overtime may be required.
This position also requires:
- Ability to lift or move up to twenty (20) pounds.
- Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations.
- Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally.
