- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation goals.
- Represent the Home X brand with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
- Stay informed on current solar programs, incentives, financing options, and company offerings.
- Work collaboratively with team leaders and sales representatives to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, retail sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently outdoors.
- Ability to handle objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of solar energy or renewable energy is a plus; paid training is provided.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to walk throughout assigned neighborhoods.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
