About the Role
As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems while helping homeowners keep their equipment operating safely and efficiently. You'll be trusted to identify problems, explain solutions clearly, and deliver high-quality workmanship on every service call.
You'll spend your day working independently in the field while receiving the support of an experienced office team that keeps your schedule organized and your truck moving.
What You'll Do
Diagnose and repair residential air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and other comfort systems. Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections to improve equipment reliability and efficiency while identifying issues before they become major repairs.
Educate homeowners on repair options, equipment condition, and long-term solutions without using high-pressure sales tactics. Complete accurate service documentation, maintain a clean and organized company vehicle, and follow company safety and quality standards on every job.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for technicians with at least 18 months of residential HVAC service experience and a solid understanding of troubleshooting heating and cooling equipment. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, managing daily service calls, and providing excellent customer service.
Strong communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential. EPA Certification is preferred but not required. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
