Education / Experience Requirements
- Graduation from an approved school of professional nursing required.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners required.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or mentorship role.
- Valid Texas driver’s license, auto liability insurance, and a safe driving record required.
- CPR certification required.
- Previous hospice or palliative care experience strongly preferred.
- Valid Texas driver’s license, auto liability insurance and safe driving record. (if required for the position)
- Knowledge of hospice federal and state regulations preferred.
- Strong computer skills including knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office products and experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
