Please note: this is a seasonal position with full-time hours set to from now through the end of the year (December 2026). Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm with overtime as needed. Bilingual (Spanish) required.
Overview:
The Human Resource Administrator will support the new/re hire processing of Contact Center and Warehouse seasonal employees. The Human Resource Administrator will serve as a liaison between the seasonal employees and Payroll HR Coordinator. The position will ensure that the new/re hire encounters a positive experience with Houdini, Inc. The goal of the Human Resource Admin is to offer support to the HR department during the busy season. The Human Resource Administrator must always demonstrate professionalism and will work closely with the Payroll/HR Coordinator to ensure smooth processing of all seasonal hires. This position requires a criminal background check.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
The position will also assist with various administrative functions to include but not limited to:
- Ensure the new hire/re hire properly completes all necessary forms and policies online and in person.
- Break Coverage of busy front lobby
- Troubleshooting onboarding issues over the phone.
- Verification of I-9 Form.
- Ensure the employee personnel file is audited for accuracy.
- Copying and filing HR related forms
- Tracking of completed orientations and receiving/printing Sexual Harassment Prevention certificates when needed.
- Register employees on ADP Timeclocks.
- Print employee badges.
- Assist in the recruitment efforts for the warehouse department as needed.
Knowledge:
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge such as: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now
- Knowledge of general office duties (filing and copying)
- Must demonstrate strong leadership skills.
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- Previous general office and or administrative experience.
- Previous Onboarding experience
- Bilingual Spanish

Pay: $19.00 per hour
