Supportive Care Specialist Group is seeking a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner NP to join our expanding team in Riverside CA providing care across acute care hospitals and LTAC settings.
This role is ideal for an experienced NP who values clinical autonomy meaningful patient relationships and a collaborative interdisciplinary environment. You will primarily care for geriatric patients with complex chronic and serious illnesses while guiding patients and families through important care decisions.
Compensation and Benefits
- $155,000 plus base salary with productivity incentives
- Monday to Friday daytime schedule no overnight shifts
- Limited weekend coverage and light phone based call

Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily patient rounding in hospital and LTAC settings
- Provide palliative care consultations and symptom management

Qualifications
Required

- Bilingual Vietnamese speaking is a plus
